Gianni Zuiverloon

Gianni Zuiverloon ( born December 30, 1986 in Rotterdam) is a Dutch football player. The defender is the Dutch first division club ADO Den Haag under contract.
Career
Association
At the age of six years came Zuiverloon in the youth team of Feyenoord Rotterdam. At that time he was brought by his mother on trial. The coaches recognized his talent and Zuiverloon held the club for eleven years loyalty. 2004/ 05 he was part of the first team of the team, however, was initially planned for the reserve team. But shortly afterwards he was appointed the former coach Ruud Gullit, due to a violation of Dustley Mulder, in the first team. On 22 August 2004, he made his debut against Willem II Tilburg. A total of ten games he completed this season. In order to give him more playing time, decided the Feyenoord managers to borrow him for a year at RKC Waalwijk. There he had regular inserts and scored his first competitive goal. In 2006 he moved to a three -year contract for SC Heerenveen. As early as 2008 the English Premiership promoted West Bromwich Albion signed him for a transfer fee of 3.2 million pounds. He immediately became a regular player.
In summer 2011 Zuiverloon joined the Spanish side RCD Mallorca. From there, he was loaned to the Netherlands for sc Heerenveen. For the 2013/14 season he moved to a three-year contract for its league rivals ADO Den Haag.
National
After he had already come in some other youth teams of the Netherlands used was Zuiverloon National Player of the U -21 national team of the Netherlands. The Jong Oranje, he won the U -21 Football Championship in 2007. The semi-final was decided against England 13-12 on penalties. After 90 minutes, there was a 1-1 draw. Zuiverloon transformed thereby the decisive goal for the Netherlands. Of the five possible games of this championship, he completed four. At the end of the competition he was nominated for the UEFA All- Star team.
For the 2008 Summer Olympics he was appointed to the Netherlands squad.
