Danny Holla (2012 )

Danny Holla ( born December 31, 1987 in Almere, Flevoland ) is a Dutch football player. In the 2012/13 season the midfielder for ADO Den Haag has a contract with which he plays in the Eredivisie.

Career

Hollas career began in the youth of the FC Groningen, where he was in the squad for the first team since 2005. His competitive debut as a professional he completed in his second season in the KNVB Cup against TOP Oss on 20 September 2006; shortly before the end of the game he came in to replace Mark January Fledderus. Another Cup use and followed on November 19, 2006, he came in a 4-1 victory over Willem II Tilburg his first appearance in the Eredivisie. Five more games he completed before the winter break, but came in the second half except in two playoff games for the Europa League participation in coach Ron Jans to the course.

For the season 2007/ 08 Holla was loaned to second division FC Zwolle, in which, he succeeded to the end of January as a regular player. After the winter break, he returned to Groningen to replace the to Amsterdam for the AFC Ajax migrated Rasmus Lindgren. But only in the following season, he managed to establish himself as a solid force in the midfield, so his contract was extended in April 2009 to 2013.

On March 11, 2010 Holla retired in training a broken leg and an overstretching of the ankle ligaments to. The injury put him more than half a year out of action until October 23, 2010 he ran again in the Eredivisie.

After Hollanders had taken the role of the substitute score primarily the FCG in the first round of the 2011/12 season, he was loaned to standing in a relegation battle league rivals VVV -Venlo in January 2012. In the North Limburgern he hoped to use more time than last time in Groningen. It was successful and Holla contributed with two goals in 16 games and especially with four goals in four playoff matches in the league of Venlo.

For the 2012/13 season Holla moved to league rivals ADO Den Haag. Coach Maurice Steyn determined the 24 -year-olds beginning of the season to the team captain. With ADO, he convinced not only as a midfielder, but also as a safe scorer; in the first 14 games of the season, he scored seven goals, including four from penalties and two from direct free kicks.
