Gillian Jacobs
Gillian Jacobs ( born October 20, 1982 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ) is an American actress.
Life and career
Gillian Jacobs grew up in Mt Lebanon, a suburb of Pittsburgh, on. She studied acting at the Juilliard School in New York City.
Jacobs had guest roles in television series such as Fringe - Special cases of the FBI, Criminal Intent - Criminal Intent, Royal Pains or The Good Wife. In 2008, she starred alongside John Malkovich and Harold Perrineau, the main role of young Leslie in the film drama Gardens of the Night. In 2009, she starred alongside Cameron Diaz, James Marsden and Frank Langella the role of Dana / Sarah Matthews in the science fiction thriller The Box - You are the experiment. In the same year she had alongside Michael Douglas, Susan Sarandon, Danny DeVito, Mary- Louise Parker, Jenna Fischer, Imogen Poots and Jesse Eisenberg a supporting role in the film drama Solitary Man. Since 2009 it belongs as Britta Perry on the main cast of the NBC television series Community.
