Given Singuluma

Given Singuluma ( born July 19, 1986 in Rufunsa ) is a Zambian footballer, who is active as a striker. He currently stands at TP Mazembe, a Congolese club from Lubumbashi, under contract. With the Congolese football champions in 2009 and 2010 he won the CAF Champions League.

Career

His career began Singuluma in Zambia at the National Assembly FC from Lusaka before moving to South Africa moved to Bay United FC of Port Elizabeth in 2007. With the club he joined in 2007 /08 in the Premier Soccer League. He returned to Zambia. With Zanaco FC he was in 2008/ 09 Zambian champion and made with his performances in charge of the TP Mazembe attention. In the CAF Champions League 2010, he scored five goals in ten games. As an African title holder he also took part in the FIFA Club World Cup in 2009 and 2010 with his club.

National

Given Singuluma was appointed in 2006 by coach Kalusha Bwalya first time in the national team of Zambia. In the African Nations Cup in 2009, in which only players are eligible to play, the play in the national championships of their home countries, he was with five goals scorer and reached his country to third place. Also in the African Cup of Nations 2010 in Angola, he belonged to the squad of Zambia. For the African Cup of Nations 2012 Singuluma was indeed called by national team coach Herve Renard in the preliminary tournament squad, in the final 23 -man squad, he found, however, no consideration.
