Goianésia

Goianésia is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion Central Goiás and in the micro-region Ceres. It is located northwest of the Brazilian capital Brasília and Goiânia north of the capital.

Geographical Location

Goianésia borders:

• To the north by São Luiz do Norte, Santa Rita do Novo Destino and Barro Alto
• To the east by Vila Propício
• On the southeast by Pirenópolis
• On the southwest by Jaragua
• On the west by Santa Isabel
