Gonnosfanadiga

Gonnosfanadiga is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 6640 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Medio Campidano in Sardinia. The community is located about 8 kilometers northwest of Villacidro and about 21 kilometers southwest of Sanluri at Parco della Sardegna Ambientale Geominerario Storico ed. Directly to Gonnosfanadiga borders the province of Carbonia -Iglesias.

History

Two giants graves in the church point to the early settlement of the township.
