Goodbye ( also Goodbye Cream) is the fourth album by the blues-rock group Cream. It consists of three studio and three live recordings. It reached # 2 on the Billboard 200 in the United States and the only album the band took first place in the UK. The single from the Badge reached there 18th place

Formation

After the end of the group was to be expected, decided Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton to go in October and November 1968 on a farewell tour and latest album, Goodbye to produzieren.Für this album were three live recordings of the concert on 19 October 1968 the Forum, Los Angeles used, I'm so Glad from the debut album, Politician of Wheels of Fire and the Blue classic sitting on Top of the World according to the arrangement of Chester Burnett. There were also three studio recordings, each one of which was written by Baker, Bruce and Clapton. The album was, four months after the dissolution of the band, released in March 1969.
