Grit Jurack (born 22 October 1977 in Leipzig) is a former German handball player and record national of the German Handball Federation.

Career

She started her handball career when BSV Schönau Leipzig, in which the left-hander played from 1989 to 1993. Until 2001, she played at HC Leipzig and won in 1998 and 1999, the German championship. From 2001 to 2003, she was loaned to the Danish club Ikast - bording Elite Håndbold with which they 2002 EHF - Cup and won the Danish Cup. She then returned for a season to Leipzig.

In 2004, she finally joined the Danish top club Viborg HK, where she became the first German player won the 2006 title in the Danish Super League and the Champions League. In the summer of 2012, she had to quit due to a serious cartilage damage in his shoulder, her career.
