Guapó
Guapo is a Brazilian municipality and small town in the state of Goiás.
It is located southwest of the Brazilian capital Brasília and Goiânia capital in the mesoregion Central Goiás and in the micro-region Goiânia. Guapo is 41 km away from the capital and is part of the metropolitan area Goiânia.
The name is Guapo indigenous origin from the language of the Tupi word meaning " root -eaters ".
