Guihulngan ( officially: City of Guihulngan ) is a Filipino town (Component City ) in the province of Negros Oriental. It has 93 675 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ).

Guihulngan was raised by the ratification of Republic Act No. 9409 in a referendum on 14 July 2007 by a municipality ( Municipality ) to a city (Component City )
