Harri " Upi " Ylönen ( born December 21, 1971 in Kuopio ) is a Finnish former football player. The defender, who ran aground between 1995 and 2002 for the Finnish national team, played his career in his home country, Norway and Germany.

Career

Ylönen began his career at Kuopio PS, for whom he made ​​his debut in the First Division in 1991. With the team he played against relegation from the top division in the country. Ylönen remained in the top division and joined the League rival Haka. There he acted over a longer period of time than playing assistant coach. With the 2009 season, he finished his playful activity at the club and instead focused on his work as an assistant coach.
