Hatayspor

Hatayspor is a Turkish football club from the town of Antakya in the Hatay Province. Their home games discharged from the Bordeaux -Whites in Antakya Atatürk Stadium. In addition to the football section of the club has other sports departments.

History

1967 brought together the local notables of the city Antakya and demanded to establish a competitive soccer club for city promotion. This demand was very popular and so merge the three associations Kurtuluşspor, Esnafspor and Reyhanlı Gençlikspor the present club Hatayspor. As a club bordeaux red and white and green were chosen. Bordeaux should examine the dignity, the purity of white and green symbolize the locally -based olive tree. The founding members were Razik Gazel, Orhan Aksuyu, Fatih Hocaoğlu and Hüsnü Hataylı.
