2013–14 TFF Second League
The Spor Toto Lig 2 2013/14 will be the 43rd season of the third highest Turkish league for football the men. It will launch on September 8th of 2013 with the first match day. End of May 2014 ending the 2013/14 season with the relegation matches between the second to fifth place in both groups.

Competition mode
In the 2013/14 season, the TFF was divided 2 Lig as last season into two groups. In contrast to the previous season, the team's total number worde erhönt from 24 to now 26. It will play 18 teams in the "white group " ( beyaz grup ) and the " red group " ( kirmizi grup ) for promotion to the TFF 1 Lig or Indians against relegation in the fourth-rate TFF Lig third preseason to put two groups composed of 17 team. The classification of the teams in the respective groups was determined by draw. The draw was conducted on 11 July 2013, the Turkish capital Ankara in Atabey Olympic House.
The competition format was taken over almost under changes from the previous season and only in the playoff phase took two changes take place.
The table first in both groups rise directly to the higher TFF 1 Lig. The teams ranked two to five in both groups participate in the play-offs, where the third climber is determined by knockout system. The play-offs begin with the quarter-finals. Only the final will then be played in a neutral city for all participating teams and played only a game. The three last placed both groups descend n the third TFF Lig.
Foreigners courses
In the second TFF Lig foreign players are not eligible to play. Teams the first of the TFF Lig descended, their foreign players can be borrowed at clubs in the top leagues.
Composition of participants
At the beginning of the season are to the left from the previous season, 27 teams, the three relegated from the TFF 1 Lig Göztepe Izmir, Kartalspor, MKE Ankaragucu and the six climbers from the TFF Lig 3 Gümüshanespor, Dardanelspor, Pazarspor, Diyarbakır Büyükşehir Belediyespor, Aydinspor 1923, Altınordu Izmir added.
While Göztepe and Kartalspor after three and seven years descended again in the second Lig, the traditional club Ankaragucu the first time in their history rose from the third highest Turkish game checkout.
Special events
- Ankaragucu have been deducted a point end of the season because of various irregularities by the Turkish Football Federation.

Top scorers
The Turkish Football Federation ( TFF) operates separate scorers for both groups of TFF Lig 2, but determines the top scorer for the season from a single mated scoresheet. Goals were scored in the Relegationspahse of the season, were not considered in the scoring charts.
