Heinrich LXIII, Prince Reuss of Köstritz

Heinrich LXIII. Prince Reuss to Koestritz ( born June 18, 1786 in Berlin, † September 27, 1841 in Stonsdorf ) was a representative of the Princely House of Reuss.

Life

After the death of his elder brother Henry LX. (1784-1833) he was the senior of the middle branch of the line Koestritz. He was married twice. At Schloss Wernigerode he married on February 21, 1819 Countess Eleonore of Stolberg- Wernigerode ( 1801-1827 ) and after her death on May 11, 1828 Countess Caroline of Stolberg- Wernigerode ( 1806-1896 ), both daughters of Count Henrich zu Stolberg - Wernigerode.

From 1833/34 until his death he was a member as appointed by the King estate owners of the First Chamber of the Saxon parliament. He had, inter alia, the manors in Klipphausen, body and Klix.

  • Johanne, called Jenny (1820-1878), since 1843 married to Prince Ferdinand to Schoenaich - Carolath
  • Henry IV, Prince Reuss to Koestritz (1821-1894), followed in 1878, as his cousin Prince Heinrich LXIX. Reuss to Koestritz from the older branch
  • Auguste (1822-1862), married the Grand Duke Friedrich Franz II of Mecklenburg -Schwerin
  • Henry VI. Prince Reuss (1823-1823) died, a few days after birth in Wernigerode
  • Henry VII, Prince Reuss (1825-1906), Adjutant General of Kaiser Wilhelm I, the first German ambassador in Constantinople, Opel, lived mainly in Trebschen
  • Henry X. Prince Reuss (1827-1847), when he was born his mother died Eleonore

From the second marriage:

  • Heinrich XII. Prince Reuss (1829-1866), Lord of Stonsdorf, married 1858 Anna Countess von Hochberg, Baroness to Fürstenstein
  • Heinrich XIII. Prince Reuss (1830-1897), Lord of Baschkow, married 1869 Anna Countess von Hochberg, Baroness to Fürstenstein
