Hilde Schrader

Hilde Schrader ( born January 4, 1910 in Staßfurt, † March 26, 1966 in Magdeburg ) was a German swimmer.

The Staßfurterin was at the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam Olympic champion over 200 m breaststroke. In 1927 she became European champion in the 200 m breaststroke. In 1929, she was the first woman who swam the 200m breast under three minutes. In 1994, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame International Swimming Sports.
