Hilgertshausen-Tandern

Hilgertshausen- tandem is a community in the Upper Bavarian district of Dachau. It was formed in 1978 from the merger of the previously independent municipalities Hilgertshausen and tandem.

Geography

Community structure

For the community Hilgertshausen- tandem 27 officially designated community members are recognized:

  • Pfarrsdorf Hilgertshausen with the Kirchdorf Gumpersdorf, the villages Thalmann village and Stadelham, the hamlets Ed, Oak Ried, Ried man, Michel churches, Pirket and Pranst and the wastelands Holler shock, Larezhausen, Neßlholz, Thalhof, Thonhof and Weiherhaus

Tandern

Tandem is a series of village on a gentle ridge, which runs parallel to Tanderer Ilm, the smaller of the two source streams of the Ilm.

History

Both districts were 843 first mentioned. Hilgertshausen, seat of the closed Hofmark, belonged from 1517 to 1813 the Count of erase. Tandem seat was against a closed Hofmark the barons of Mandl. The present municipality was created in 1978 from the merger of two established 1818 independent municipalities Hilgertshausen and tandem. On April 1, 1971, until then independent municipality Oberndorf was incorporated into tandem. On January 1, 1976, a portion of the dissolved municipality Randelsried. Finally arrived on May 1, 1978 also added Hilgertshausen. On 1 August 1980, the community 's name was officially changed to Hilgertshausen- tandem. The former municipality tandem tried unsuccessfully to file a civil suit before the Bavarian Constitutional Court to achieve the resolution of the municipal " forced marriage " with Hilgertshausen.

Tandem became known in 2007 as the location of the best movies time and best area of director Marcus H. Rose Mueller.
