Holger Willmer ( born September 25, 1958 in Lübeck ) is a former German football player.

Willmer began his career at Lübeck district club Rot-Weiss Moisling before moving in 1972 in the youth VfB Lübeck, where even in the men's area, it was used as A Teenager.
