Hull Stingrays

The Hull Stingrays are an ice hockey club established in 2003 the city of Kingston upon Hull in England. They play in the British Elite Ice Hockey League. The matches will be played in the Hull Ice Arena and the club colors are white, blue and green.

Formerly called the team Hull Thunder (1999-2003), Kingston Hawks (1996-1999), Humberside Hawks (1993-1996) and Humberside Seahawks ( 1988-1993 ).

The team replaced the Hull Thunder in 2003 as a member of the British National League. After the abolition of the BNL Hull Stingrays changed for 2006/07 season in the EIHL.
