Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation

Magyar Jégkorong Szövetség ( Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation ) is the national hockey association of Hungary.

History

The Association was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation on 24 January 1927. The national team already took part in the Winter Olympics of 1928.

The association is one of the IIHF full members. Current president is Miklos Nemeth.

The association takes care mainly to the implementation of the Games of the Hungarian national ice hockey team and the women's team and the junior teams. In addition, the association organizes the sport at club level, including in the Hungarian Hockey League.
