Process in 2004

2004 sued the music editor Lionel Sawkins Hyperion. Sawkins demanded royalties for his musical copyrights.

Hyperion insisted on the view that the editions were not original compositions. The case went in favor of the plaintiff. His demand was relatively low; Hyperion but had by the fall of a cost of over £ 100,000. The future of publishing was therefore uncertain at this time. Musicians, composers and consumers donated to allow the survival of Hyperion.
