Ikeda, Hokkaido
Ikeda (Japanese池田 町, -chō ) is a Japanese community in the sub-prefecture of Tokachi on the island of Hokkaido.
Geography and climate
Ikeda mostly lies in a valley of Toshibetsu River on the southeast coast of Hokkaido. The Tokachi River in the southwest of the urban area forms the border with the neighboring community Makubetsu.
