Imran Majid

Imran Majid ( born October 4, 1972 in London ) is an English snooker player with Pakistani roots. His parents are from Lahore.

It can been three semi-finals show at Pool European Championships (2008 each in 9-Ball 2002, 2006 ). In 2004, he reached the second round of the 9-Ball World Cup. He also already won two tournaments of Euro - Tour series (Italy Netherlands Open 2006 and Open 2007 ) and reached the quarterfinals of the World Pool Masters in 2006 and 2008.

In 2006, he represented also Europe at Mosconi Cup. Twice he represented also England at the World Cup of Pool (2007 and 2009).

The Pool Billiard World Team Championship 2010, he was part of the victorious English quintet. His nickname in the pool scene is Maharaja.
