Ina Wroldsen

Ina Wroldsen ( born 1984 in Sandefjord) is a Norwegian songwriter.

Biography

With 17 years Ina Wroldsen won the talent contest Fame Factory for private channel TV3. Then they tried to start their own career and released to create some songs, but without a breakthrough. Although she had signed with a label in 2006, which was only a year later in bankruptcy. One of their songs, If You Could Only See Me, was recorded by Maria Arredondo 2007. After that, she was confined to the songwriting, went to London and had as a song writer for the Saturdays equal success: An eight songs of their debut album Chasing Lights, she was involved, of which two, up and If This Is Love, the top ten in the UK charts reached. In the same year she wrote also on the international hit Hush Hush by the Pussycat Dolls.

In the following years were working for Leona Lewis, Pixie Lott, Alexandra Burke, Shontelle, Melanie C, Britney Spears and others to. For some it was even additionally involved as a background singer. With the Saturdays they had more Top Ten hits and the song for Twilight Cover Drive 2012 the first number -one hit in the UK. The following year was Impossible that Shontelle had already made ​​the Top Ten hit in 2010, in the version of X-Factor winner James Arthur for the second runner.

2013, it was also involved for their country for the Euro Vision Song Contest. The written for the young singer song Adelen Bombo was, however, almost only the second qualifying round, but still reached number one in Norway. It launched a joint project with producer Arnthor Birgisson under the name Ask Embla, in which it operates itself as a singer again.
