Intars Busulis

Intars Busulis ( born 2 May 1978 in Talsi, Latvian SSR) is a Latvian singer.

When Euro Vision Song Contest 2009 with the song Busulis Latvia represented Probka. The song entered the preliminary round first in Latvian and under the title Sastrēgums on, after the victory of the singer announced to want to sing the song in Moscow in Russian. The song is about global warming caused by high emissions of carbon dioxide produced when driving. The title is, in both versions " traffic jam ". In the end, the singer had no success: Probka occupied in the second semi-final last place with seven points, six of them from Lithuania and one from Estonia.
