"Into the New World" ( " 다시 만난 세계 "; " Dasi Mannan Segye " ) is the first single by the South Korean girl band Girls' Generation and was on August 2, 2007 by SM Entertainment published.

On 1 August 2007, the music video appeared on "Into the New World". A day later, finally, the single was released. Its official debut had Girls' Generation on August 5 in the music show Inkigayo SBS radio station with this song.

On 12 September 2007, a remix of the song was released.

Music style

The song "Into the New World" is a dance-pop song which was composed by kenzie. It is about hope towards the new future, and shall return the exhausted, modern society give courage. The choreography, created by Sim Jae -won, also reached much attention.

The song reached the top spot of several online charts. Moreover reached "Into the New World" 1st place on 11 October 2007 in the music show M! Countdown. In addition, the group received the rookie award from Cyworld for the song. The single sold over 50,000 copies and was ranked 9 of the year-end charts.
