Ivanka Khristova

Ivanka Christowa ( Bulgarian Иванка Христова, English transcription Ivanka Khristova, . Born November 19, 1941 in Ossikowiza, Pravets ) is a retired Bulgarian shot putter and Olympic champion. At a height of 1.72 m, they had a competition weight of 90 kg.

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City Iwanka Christowa was 17.25 m sixth. At the European Athletics Championships in 1969, she took with Bulgarian national record of 18,04 m in fourth place. Two years later, at the 1971 European Championships with 17.78 meters she was sixth.
