Action

John Leary lives in Oakland, California at the beginning of the 1970s. He moved there after the accidental death of his wife. John appears in a horror show and drinks too much alcohol. He cares only about providing his sons Jack and Dylan. At times, the children are raised by their grandparents, but Jack decides that he wants to return to the Father.

John's neighbor and neo-Nazi Norman knitting tries to win him for the election campaign of a politician who is an enemy of Jews and African Americans. Leary mocks the politicians on his show, what his boss thinks that he was exaggerating. He wants to dismiss Leary.

Knitting kidnapped Dylan, which is some time later found by the police and taken to a hospital. Knitted coat of Jack in his house and followed him to a tree, from the fall of the Nazis. Leary asks his boss for one more chance to come around this.
