Jalani Sidek

Jalani Sidek ( born November 10, 1963 in Banting, Selangor ) is a former Malaysian badminton player. He is one of six Sidek brothers. His eldest brother Misbun won, among others, the Sweden Open, German Open, Singapore Open and Canada Open, brother Rashid won the Commonwealth Games. Rahman Sidek could internationally rarely set in the forefront of the scene, however. Famous is Sideks by one of them created, extremely cut up, which was later banned by the IBF.

Jalani Sidek won even with Razif 1992 bronze medal in doubles at the Olympics. 1982 both were victorious at the All England. In the Badminton World Championships 1980 he won a bronze medal in doubles with Misbun Sidek. After his playing career, he began a career as a coach and supervised, among other Roslin and Hafiz Hashim.
