Jerup is a village with 622 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013) about 12 kilometers north- west of Frederikshavn in Denmark. It is located on the Kattegat and is surrounded by heathland. Jerup is part of the municipality of Frederikshavn in North Jutland.

The village developed by the construction of the railway Frederikshavn Skagen and the neighboring state prison.

Worth seeing is the church of Jerup.
