Jiangnan District

The municipality Jiangnan (江南 区) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Nanning, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality in the south of the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 1154 km ² and has 420,000 inhabitants ( 2004).

At the community level, the municipality is composed of four road districts and four large municipalities.

At the census in 2000, the municipality had 192 545 inhabitants in Jiangnan its former limits.
