Xingning District

The municipality Xingning (兴宁区) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Nanning, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Guangxi Zhuang Nationality in the south of the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 751 km ² and has about 273,000 inhabitants ( 2004).

At the community level, the municipality is composed of two road districts and three large municipalities.

At the census in 2000, the municipality had 131 865 inhabitants in Xingning its former limits.
