Jong Song-ok

Jong Song -ok ( born August 18, 1974 in Haeju ) is a North Korean marathoner.

Jong began her career in 1995 with a time of 2:29:57 hours. In 1996 she improved to 2:29:54 hours and finished at the 1996 Olympics in 2:35:31 hours twentieth place. In 1998, she was third in the Beijing Marathon.

She was largely unknown, but not inexperienced when she took at the 1999 World Championships in Seville. The temperature at the start of 24 ° C.
