Josef Wilhelm

Josef Wilhelm (* 1892, † 1956) was a Swiss gymnast and Olympic champion.

At the Summer Olympics in Paris in 1924, he participated in all nine competitions in gymnastics. He won the individual competition on the pommel horse in front of the two Swiss teammate Jean Gutweninger and Antoine Rebetez. In the team's all-around, he finished with the Swiss team to third place behind the gymnasts from Italy and France. On parallel bars and also achieved the fourth place, the gold medal won there Güttinger August.
