Joyce Chepkirui
Joyce Chepkirui (born 20 August 1988) is a Kenyan middle and long distance runner.
In 2009 she won the Motril Half Marathon and the Córdoba Almodóvar Half Marathon. The following year she won among others the Granollers Half Marathon. In the World Half Marathon Championships in Nanning she finished fifth and won with the Kenyan team gold.
In 2011 she won the Lago Maggiore Half Marathon and finished fifth at the Prague Half Marathon. Then they won the Göteborgsvarvet, the Bogota Half Marathon and the Tilburg Ladies Run with the Weltjahresbestzeit over 10 km. The Pan-African Games in Maputo, they won silver over 1500 m.
In 2012 she was second at the World 's Best 10K. In March, she was African champion in cross country and placed at the Prague Half Marathon a course record.
