Julian Wintle

Julian Wintle ( born October 17, 1913 in Liverpool, Lancashire as Francis Julian Wintle, † November 8, 1980 in Brighton, East Sussex ) was a British film producer, in 1946 and 1973 produced over 40 productions for film and television between the years, including movies such as a child witnessed one came through or O Darling - what a transport, but also consequences of the internationally popular television series to the agent pair John Steed and Emma Peel in the Avengers and melon.

From 1959 to 1963 Wintle was a member of Bryanston Consortium.

His son is the writer Justin Wintle.

On November 8, 1980 Wintle died at the age of 67 years in the English spa town and seaside resort of Brighton.
