Karl Darlow ( born October 8, 1990 in Northampton ) is an English football player who is under contract with the English second division Nottingham Forest since 2010.

Originally from the own youth academy Karl Darlow debuted on May 7, 2011 for Nottingham Forest in the Football League Championship 2010/11.

On 8 March 2012, the behind Lee Camp and Paul Smith only scheduled as the third goalkeeper Darlow moved on loan to Newport County AFC. By the end of the season he played eight games in the fünftklassigen Football Conference.

At the beginning of the season 2012/13 was another change on loan to third division side FC Walsall. After convincing performances in the Football League One, the lending transaction on October 22, 2012 was extended for two more months.

On October 6, 2012 Darlow signed shortly before his 22nd birthday a new three-year contract in Nottingham.
