Kazakhstan women's national volleyball team

The Kazakh national volleyball team of women is a selection of the best Kazakh players who represents the Association of Kazakhstan in international tournaments and international matches.

History

World cup

Kazakhstan took at the Volleyball World Cup 2006 for the first time at a World Cup tournament, but could not survive the first round.

Olympic games

Kazakhstan in Beijing in 2008 participated for the first time at an Olympic tournament, but retired with only one victory against the also debuting Algerian women after the first round and finished ninth.

Asia Cup

In the volleyball Asian Cup 2005 Kazakhstan failed until the endgame to host China. 2007, the Kazakh women finished fifth.

World Cup

At the World Cup in Kazakhstan has not previously been involved.

World Grand Prix

Kazakhstan played first time in 2007 at the World Grand Prix, finishing in tenth place. In 2008, the Kazakh women were twelfth.
