Kellinghusen-Land

The Office Kellinghusenstraße country was an official in the northeast of the district of Steinburg, in Schleswig- Holstein. The administrative headquarters was located in the city Kellinghusenstraße that did not belong to the office itself.

The Office had an area of 134 km ² and 9100 inhabitants in the municipalities

History

The Office Kellinghusenstraße country was formed on April 1, 1970, through the merger of the offices Brokstedt founded in 1948, and Hennstedt Kellinghusenstraße country.

On 1 January 2008, the Office disbanded and all municipalities except Auufer and Wittenbergen formed together with the hitherto official free city Kellinghusenstraße and the two municipalities Hohenlockstedt and Lockstedt of the former Office Hohenlockstedt the Office Kellinghusenstraße. The communities Auufer and Wittenbergen joined the Office width castle.
