Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award

The Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award is an award since 1995 Literature Prize for fiction composing Irish writer.

From 1995 to 2000 the price was under the name Kerry Ingredients Book of the Year Award, known in the years 2001, 2002 Kerry Ingredients Irish Fiction Award.

The prize is awarded annually and is endowed with 15,000 €. Sponsor of the prize is the food producer Kerry Group. The winner is in each case in early summer on the Listowel Writers' Week, Ireland's largest literary festival, known in Listowel, County Kerry.

John Banville and Neil Jordan could each win twice the price.
