Kevin Conboy
Kevin Conboy (born 15 October 1987 Esbjerg ) is a Danish- English football player who is under contract with the Dutch first division club NEC Nijmegen since 2011.
Birth and childhood
Kevin Conboy came in 1987 as the son of a Danish father and an English mother in Esbjerg to the world; Conboy also grew up in his native town.
Career
Association
Kevin Conboy joined in childhood the youth of Jerne IF. Then he went to the youth of Esbjerg fB. In 2006 he came to the second team.
In January 2008, Conboy was hoisted into the professional squad. His professional debut was Conboy on April 12, 2008, when he appeared as a substitute in the 1-2 defeat of Esbjerg, against Brøndby IF, in 23 minutes of Andreas Klarström. In the course of the rest of the season he came to four other inserts. With Esbjerg fB Conboy languished in mid-table; at the end jumped out of seventh place in the table. The following season it took until the 18th game day, before he came to his point game use; against Randers FC he was in the starting eleven. Conboy fought his way from there a regular place. Unlike in the 2007/ 08 season Esbjerg fB played beginning of the season is always in a relegation battle; Esbjerg fB went after all, as a table tenth in the winter break. Successively until the middle of the second half managed to turn. Esbjerg finished end of the season also ranked tenth. Conboy had come to 18 point stakes.
