Kevin Nastiuk

Kevin Nastiuk (born 20 July 1985 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender with Ukrainian roots, which is since July 2013 at the Dresden Eislöwen from the DEL2 under contract.

Career

Kevin Nastiuk began his career in 2001/ 02 at the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League. NHL Entry Draft 2003, he was selected by the Carolina Hurricanes in the fourth round at 126th place.

He went through several stations in different unterklassigen Hockey leagues, such as the American Hockey League and ECHL. During the 2009/10 season he moved to the Berlin Polar Bears in the German Hockey League and trained there until 2012 a goalkeeper coach drawn by Rob Zepp. Connecting he played for the Heilbronner Falken in the 2nd Bundesliga, before he was hired by the Dresdner Eislöwen for a year in July 2013.
