Kim Moon-soo (badminton)

Kim Moon -soo (Korean 김문수; ​​born December 29, 1963) is a former badminton player from South Korea.

Career

Kim Moon -soo won three medals in doubles at badminton world championships. 1985 in Calgary and 1991 in Copenhagen, he became world champion in 1987 in Beijing, he won the bronze medal. At the Asian Games in 1986, Kim also won the gold medal, as well as in the Badminton Asia Championships 1991 in Kuala Lumpur.

Kim participated in the Summer Olympics in 1992. Doubles he won jointly with Park Joo -bong the gold medal in doubles. In the final they defeated Eddy Hartono and Rudy Gunawan from Indonesia 15:11 and 15:7.
