Klaus Auhuber

Klaus " Butzi " Auhuber ( born October 28, 1951 in Landshut ) is a former German professional ice hockey player and member of the Hall of Fame for Germany.

Career

Dating from the offspring of the EV Landshut he played in the first team of EVL in the Hockey League and in 1983 German Masters. For the 1984/85 season he moved from Landshut to ECD Iserlohn. From 1985 to 1988 he played again at the EV Landshut and initially ended after his active playing career. In the 1988/89 season he played in the Oberliga Nord for the first EHC Hamburg, for he stepped in late 1989, again for a few games in the 2nd League North. In games the team tradition of EV Landshut Oldies can still see him on the ice today.

In the national team he came to operations at the Olympic Winter Games in 1976, where he helped to win the bronze medal, and 1980 and the Ice Hockey World Championships 1977, 1978 and 1979.
