Small tip is a suburb of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia and lies at the southern end of town. Since its inception in the late 1980s Small tip is one of the fastest growing parts of the city of Windhoek and has spread widely beyond the actual small knoll as hills beyond.
In the development area is dominated by small detached and terraced houses. The resident population is composed also the middle income groups of all Namibian ethnic groups.
From the perspective of industrial district is a small shopping center (including Metro, Fruit & Veg Food Lover 's Market ) and which is under construction The Grove Mall and Square, one of the largest shopping centers in Southern Africa, is known.
