K. K. (. Jap.株式会社 神 戸 制钢 所, Eng. , Kobe Steel, Ltd. ) SEIKOSHO Kobe is a Japanese company with headquarters in Kobe.

Kobe Steel mainly produces steel and machinery, which are marketed under the brand Kobelco.

History

Kobe Steel was founded in 1905 in Kobe. 1994 agreement was reached with Fermec to market their backhoe loaders in the U.S. under the brand name TLK. 2002 it established a joint venture with CNH Global together to produce excavators for the European market.
