Lamme Valley Railway

The Lamb Valley Railway is a branch line that branches in the United fertilization of the railway line Hildesheim - Goslar and today leads a bathroom floor after Salzdetfurth castle. From there they proceeded further on Lamspringe to Bad Gandersheim on the railway line Braunschweig- Kreiensen.

History

The section of large fertilizer to Bad Salzdetfurth was opened on 1 October 1901. On November 7 of the same year the route above ground castle to Gronau (Leine) was extended; there already existed a branch line from Elze to the Hanoverian Southern Railway from Hannover to Göttingen. On 1 October 1902, the portion of soil over Lamspringe castle was handed over to Bad Gandersheim circulation.

From 1913 Wittfeld battery railcars were used on the track.

The last scarcely traveled section of Lamspringe to Bad Gandersheim stayed until 29 May 1994.
