Larry Sanders (basketball)

Larry Sanders ( born November 21, 1988 in Fort Pierce, Florida ) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association.

College

He attended Port St. Lucie College and then the Virginia Commonwealth University ( VCU). After his junior year he gave in April 2010 announced that he is leaving VCU, to register for the NBA Draft.

NBA

When NBA Draft 2010, he was drafted at # 15 out of the Milwaukee Bucks. On 21 February 2011, he was loaned to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the NBA D- League. On February 28, he was called back to the Milwaukee Bucks. His best game he played at a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, where he reached 10 points, 12 rebounds and 10 blocks. The 2013/14 season Sanders finished with 2.8 blocks per game as the second best shot blocker from the League. For the election of the NBA Most Improved Player Award, he landed on the third place.

On August 20, 2013 Sanders signed a 44 million U.S. dollars doped four-year contract with the Bucks.
