Lars Wolfbrandt

Lars -Erik Wolf Brandt (Lars -Erik Ragnar Wolf Brandt, born December 8, 1928 in Forshem; † 23 March 1991) was a Swedish athlete.

Wolf Brandt was three times Swedish champion in the 400 -meter run (1949, 1950, 1954) and twice in the 200 -meter run (1948, 1949). Internationally, he first appeared at the 1948 Olympic Games in London in appearance. In the 4 x 400 - meter relay team, he won jointly with Kurt Lundquist, Folke Alnevik Rune Larsson and the bronze medal behind the relay races in the United States and France.

The same placement with the squadron achieved Wolf Brandt at the European Athletics Championships 1950 in Brussels. He also claimed there in 47.9 seconds the bronze medal in the 400 -meter run behind the Briton Derek Pugh and the Frenchman Jacques Luni.
