Lawrence Bayne

Lawrence Bayne ( born November 11, 1960 in Toronto, Ontario; sometimes Lawrence Bain ) is a Canadian actor and singer.

Life and achievements

Lawrence Bayne lives in Toronto. He has a brother named Howard. As a child Bayne lived with his mother on a cinema and was fascinated by the film A Hard Day 's Night of the Beatles. At age nine, he jumped as Marley's Ghost in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. For a time he attended the University of Toronto, where he played in Joe Orton's Loot piece, in Oscar Wilde's Salome and Shakespeare's Macbeth. From his very childhood he sang. He is the lead singer of the band CONTROL FREAKS.

Bayne has about one-eighth Native American ancestors of the tribe of Cree. Thus he got a role in the music video Learning To Fly, for which an Indian type was wanted by Storm Thorgerson. As an actor Bayne is often seen in television series and in supporting roles in films as a villain. His dubbed voice he also lends commercials. In a one-man and two music videos he directed.

1999 married Bayne the set designer Melissa Olson, but divorced again.
