Lee Eul-yong

Lee Eul- yong ( born September 8, 1975 in Taebaek ) is a former South Korean football player and current football coach.

After his time in the military club Gwangju Sangmu Phoenix Lee went to Bucheon SK in 1998, where he spent four successful years. Best result was the runner-up in 2000.

During this time, the midfielder also recommended for the South Korean national team. In 1999 he came to his first deployment and had soon established itself so firmly that he was part of the squad at the World Championships at home, where also played four times.

The World Cup had attracted the interest of foreign countries and so he could move to Trabzonspor in the Turkish Süper Lig connection. But although he 2002/ 03 19 times was used there and the association of Turkish Cup winner was, he returned to the season back to his home back to the Anyang LG Cheetahs (later renamed to FC Seoul). But in 2004 he returned to Trabzonspor and remained two years and this time was able to celebrate the vice-championship there in 2005.

In the National Team Lee Eul- yong had participated yet at the Asia Cup 2004, by an injury and disagreements with the coach but he was no longer called a long time. Only in the run-up to the Football World Cup 2006 in Germany, he returned and played two qualifiers. He stood in the World Cup squad and South Korea also came in two of the three tournament games in his country for use.

After the World Cup he returned Turkey again his back and he moved back to FC Seoul. Shortly thereafter, the 31 -year-old also announced his retirement from international football. In 2008 he moved to Gangwon FC and played here until end of his career as an active player in 2011. Afterwards he was with this club first scout and then as a coach.
